Product Description
Second fermentation in the bottle, like champagne, gives it a dry mouthfeel and fine effervescence. It is a sparkling rice wine. This is a very delicate sake with a cloudy white color, so be sure to store it in the refrigerator. The carbon dioxide gas produced by the fermentation process in the bottle may cause it to blow out when the bottle is opened. (Sake Brewer's Comment)
