Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, cancellations can only be accepted before the order has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via our contact form or email. Once the item has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
Pre-order or Made-to-order Items
For pre-order or made-to-order items, cancellations cannot be accepted after the order has been confirmed, as production or preparation begins immediately.
