It is brewed in a traditional wooden vat, using a traditional sake yeast and no yeast additives. Enjoy the rich sweetness and umami of "Shizen Shu" brewed with the brewery's own four-stage brewing process and authentic derivation, as well as the refreshing acidity produced by the yeast that lives in the brewery, and the flavorful taste that only wooden vats can provide.
