Since then the brewery has upheld a simple yet unwavering principle of making good sake while pursuing a style that is uniquely Kuroryu. Carefully cultivated sake rice grown by dedicated farmers pure brewing water sourced from the Hakusan mountain range and the brewerys own preserved yeast are combined with traditional hand crafted brewing techniques passed down through generations. With thoughtful consideration for both the people who drink the sake and the places where it is enjoyed Kuroryu and Kuzuryu sake are crafted to be loved across generations.
