Tsuchida Sake Brewery
Tsuchida Shuzo is a sake brewery founded in 1907 in Kawaba village Gunma with a population of 3400. Now led by the sixth generation we are the only brewery in the Kanto region to receive the historic Honor Award. We practice kimoto brewing using low polished table rice and only rice water air to express deep umami and pass this craft to the next generation.
