Product Description
This sake is made from Yamada Nishiki rice, polished to 55% for the brewing rice and 50% for the koji rice. Although it is namazume (pasteurized once after bottling), it delivers a fresh, sparkling sensation reminiscent of new sake, with a muscat-like aroma. On the palate, a juicy sweetness, reminiscent of biting into fresh fruit, spreads delightfully. For the best experience, chill to below 5°C and enjoy in a wine glass. (Brewery's comment)
