We were specially gifted a rare treat from the winery’s private reserve - introducing "Hesokuri Blanc." This wine is a masterful assemblage of Koshu grapes, blended in just the right proportions to highlight the unique character of each cuvee. Bright citrus aromas greet the nose, followed by a rich, well-rounded palate with balanced acidity and depth.

Brewery introduction

A family-run boutique winery in Enzan, Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, with nearly 70 years of history. From grape cultivation to winemaking, the winery is committed to handcrafted quality. Although production is limited and distribution is small, making the wines rare to find, the winery has earned numerous awards in competitions, proving its excellence. In 2015, Nobuyuki Kondo joined as the current winemaker, further elevating the quality of the wines and attracting growing attention from enthusiasts.
