Free-Flow Tasting of 40+ Sake Selections & Kankiku Special Masterclass
More than half of the featured selections were from Kankiku Meijo, giving guests a rare opportunity to discover the brewery’s signature expressions, seasonal releases, and distinctive approach to sake brewing.
The event attracted a wonderful turnout across both sessions and became one of our most lively and memorable tasting events to date.

Discovering the Story Behind Kankiku
During the special masterclass, guests gained deeper insight into Kankiku Meijo’s history, brewing philosophy, and commitment to innovation, quality, and sincerity.
Beyond tasting exceptional sake, participants had the rare opportunity to hear directly from the brewery and learn the stories behind many of Kankiku’s most celebrated labels.

A Truly Special Day for Sake Lovers
Nearly 70 guests joined us throughout the day, creating a vibrant atmosphere filled with conversation, discovery, and shared appreciation for Japanese sake.
Kankiku labels attracted exceptional attention, accounting for more than half of the bottles enjoyed during the event. Many guests returned repeatedly to revisit their favourite expressions and explore new releases.
One of the most memorable moments was the opportunity to meet Mr. Sase in person. The autograph queue continued throughout the event, reflecting the tremendous enthusiasm and support shown by sake lovers in Singapore.
